There is no grating ruler in the second dimension measuring instrument. Why is there no data display?

There is no data display in grating ruler

1. In parameter data card selection DC3000

2. If it is 2.5 dimension, select enc7480 in the parameter data card

3. The data card or cable is damaged

4. Is the data card inserted in place

5. Is the data cable loose

6. Check whether the COM port cable is loose
