Daily maintenance of image measuring instrument

1、The image measuring instrument should be placed in a clean and dry room (room temperature: 20 ℃± 2 ℃, humidity: 40% - 60%), so as to avoid the surface contamination of optical parts, rust of metal parts, dust and debris falling into the motion guide rail, which will affect the performance of the instrument.

2、After using the image measuring instrument, the working face should be wiped clean at any time, and it is better to cover the dust cover.

3、The transmission mechanism and moving guide rail of the image measuring instrument should be lubricated regularly to make the mechanism move smoothly and keep in good use.

4、If the surface of glass and paint on the worktable is dirty, you can wipe it with neutral detergent and water. Never wipe the paint surface with organic solvent, otherwise, the paint surface will lose luster.

5、The LED light source of image measuring instrument has a long service life, but when a bulb is burnt out, please inform the manufacturer, and the professional staff will replace it for you.

6、Precision parts of image measuring instruments, such as image system, worktable, optical ruler and z-axis transmission mechanism, need to be precisely adjusted. All adjusting screws and fastening screws have been fixed. Customers are not allowed to disassemble them by themselves. If there are problems, please inform the manufacturer to solve them.

7、The software has accurately compensated the error between the worktable and the optical ruler. Please do not change it by yourself, otherwise wrong measurement results will be produced.

8、Generally, all electrical connectors of image measuring instruments should not be pulled out. If they have been pulled out, they must be correctly inserted back according to the marks and the screws must be tightened. Incorrect connection may affect the function of image measuring instrument, or even damage the whole system.
